The Bible, Christian's Holy Book emphasizes that marriage is between ONE MAN and ONE WIFE. This the Bible stated clearly that "For this reason that a man shall leave his father and mother and shall cleave to his wife, and they shall become one flesh".
Jesus Christ our Lord and savior also butttressed this point when he was queried to know what he will say about divorce. He, the Lord stated that '...from the beginning, it was not so; male and female made He (Almighty God) them."
Now in traditional and some other religious settings, a woman is permitted to become the 2nd wife of one man.From the scriptures, that is considered a sin.
However, when she repents and becomes a Christian, the Bible advises that she "turns away" from such sin. This litterally means she should leave the marriage.
So people, here is our query.
