No January Allawi For Nigeria's NYSC Members

The Nigerian Youth Service Corp NYSC Members are yet to receive their January 2016 monthly allowance.

NYSC is Nigeria's 1 year mandatory paramilitary National Youth Service for Graduates of higher education.
