The Nigerian Supreme Court sitting in the capital city of Abuja ruled in favor of governor udom Emmanuel and governor Ikpeazu of the Peoples Democratic Party, Akwa Ibom and Abia States Of Nigeria respectively.
In Akwa Ibom, both the PDP and APC Parties in Akwa Ibom State submitted appeals for either a partial or total re-run election exercise and which they are praying the court to grant.
In Abia, it is a battle between the PDP and the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA were the later had already won at the 2 lower courts and was almost certain that it will carry the day.
